We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy on eyewear and contact lenses, as well as a 365 days warranty on eyewear, from your delivery date.

*1. Exchange is only acceptable for greater or equal value products. Customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
2. Each item may only be returned once for either exchange or refund. YaohanOptical.com reserves the right to limit the number of returns and/or exchanges at any time.
3. Any missing parts on eyewear and packaging may result in reject of return and exchange.
**4. Customer is responsible for using a trackable method with signature to avoid lost of package. We will not be responsible for lost of nontrackable shipments.
5. All returns and exchanges must be shipped in the original package or in a sturdy box to prevent damage.

Warranty

We offer 365 days from delivery warranty on any manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defect warranty does not cover everyday use wear and tear, any accidental damages and cosmetic issues, such as scratches, paint chip, etc.

All warranty claims will be subject to review. All defective eyewear after reviewed may be returned for one time replacement.

Yaohan Optical reserves the right to make the final decision.
